Sharon Osbourne apologizes for calling Susan Boyle “ugly”…

Radar -Sharon Osbourne has said sorry for insulting Britain’s Got Talent runner-up Susan Boyle on a US radio station.

Osbourne stated on micro-blogging site Twitter that she wanted to “apologise for getting a cheap laugh” at the Scottish singer’s expense.

Earlier this month Osbourne, 57, appeared on Sirius XM Radio where she called Boyle a “lovely lady” who had been hit by “the ugly stick”.

The clip, which was posted on YouTube, angered some of Boyle’s fans.

‘Gracious woman’

Osbourne is seen laughing with presenters Opie and Anthony on their talk show after she said: “You just want to say God bless and here’s a Gillette razor.”

In her apology, the America’s Got Talent judge said: “Susan Boyle is a lovely gracious woman and I took advantage of that by poking fun at her.

“I would never want to be responsible for hurting Susan and I must apologise for getting a cheap laugh at her expense.”

In September, Boyle, 47, appeared on the finale of America’s Got Talent and performed the Rolling Stones hit Wild Horses.

Popeater – Sharon Osbourne went on an unfiltered rant about ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ contestant Susan Boyle on Sirius XM’s ‘The Opie & Anthony Show’ and her comments got pretty catty. “She is a lovely lady. You just want to say ‘God bless’ and here’s a Gillette razor,” Osbourne said. She
continued to blast Boyle’s looks by adding, “[God] gave her the talent. But he hit her with a f****** ugly stick.”

-Ozzy Osbourne’s wife continued, “I like everybody to do well. Even somebody that looks like a slapped arse… God bless her. It’s like, ‘You go girl’. She does look like a hairy a**hole.”

Boyle’s fame began when she sang on ‘Talent’ and shocked audiences with a beautiful rendition of ‘I Dreamed a Dream.’ Once the video clip hit YouTube, she sailed through to the finals. (Watch clips of her on the show.)

Ironically, Osbourne is a judge on ‘America’s Got Talent.’

Radar – Shaaaaaaaaaaron!

The bleepin’, bloody Osbournes are back! The first family of heavy metal music and mayhem have reunited for eight episodes of the most outrageous–and foul-mouthed–variety show you’ll ever see. Radaronline.com caught a sneak peek of the finale last night, filmed before a live audience at CBS Television City in Hollywood and we can tell you that Ed Sullivan must be spinning in his grave. One sketch has the kooky clan slinging hash–literally–at customers when they take over a diner for a day. Another has a game audience member–and rapid Ozzy fan–agreeing to get a tattoo of the Prince of Darkness’s face on his butt…on the air. There’s also a nasty puppet named “Little Ozzy” who enrages the singer with a barrage of insults as he tries to read “Jack and the Beanstalk” to a bunch of tots…until he finally has a less-than-friendly encounter with a saw! Ozzy, feisty wife Sharon, singer Kelly and adventure show host Jack became a sensation with their 2002-05 MTV show. Their new show will air on the FOX TV network sometime early this year.

The Osbournes are Coming Back to Reality TV!

The BBC says “The Osbourne family are making a return to US television with a variety series, according to a report. Sharon, Ozzy and their children Jack and Kelly will host the six part show, which will feature music and comedy sketches, says Daily Variety.”

The show will air on the FOX network beginning with a ‘Christmas Special’ Launch.
