Gossip Girls – According to a report, Joe, Kevin, and Nick may be looking to go their separate ways in the New Year, much to the dismay of their fans. With Kevin getting married earlier this month, and Nick embarking on a solo side project, all signs point to a dissolving of the JoBros as a band. And while there hasn’t been any confirmation from the Disney dudes’ camp, a family insider told press, “Joe sees the writing on the wall for the group. Kevin’s heart is just not in the group anymore. His wife Danielle is his number one priority, especially after their wedding night!”
Sadly, Simon Monjack told People, ”My world was destroyed yesterday…”

Nick Jonas’s band Nick Jonas and the Administration will be performing as part of the Recording Academy’s CBS special, “The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!! — Countdown to Music’s Biggest Night”. The show happens December 2nd and it’s the same night that the 2010 Grammy nominations will be announce. Kevin and Joe Jonas will also be there to introduce Nick’s band. Nick is joining the Black Eyed Peas, Maxwell and Sugarland as performers. LL Cool J is hosting. Nick Jonas and the Administration will release their debut album in February.
Angry Ape – The Jonas Brothers have cancelled a concert in Switzerland tonight (November 7), because Nick Jonas is ill.
The band have now issued a statement explaining why the show was axed. It reads: “We are sad to announce the cancellation of the Jonas Brothers concert for this evening in Zurich.”
“Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers is ill with an upper respiratory infection of the nose and throat and the doctor has advised that he not speak or sing.”
“This is the first time that the Jonas Brothers have ever cancelled a show for sickness and deeply regret that they will not be able to perform as a group tonight.”
“The band, the management, and the promoter apologize that the show must be cancelled on such short notice.”
“We will do everything we can to revisit Zurich in the future and perform for our wonderful fans. Tickets can be refunded as of Monday, 9 November until 31 December 2009 at the presale agency.”
Nick Jonas finally explained why he chose to record a solo album without his brothers Kevin and Joe. Nick said: “About six months ago, the three of us had a two-week break from touring, and we all decided to go and do something that was on our hearts. Joe went on a trip to Australia and New Zealand. Kevin spent some time with his fiancé. I decided to go and make a side-project with four musicians that I had met and worked with before.” “I would say the album is ‘heart and soul’, because the music that I make is from my heart, and the lyrics I write are from my soul. My brothers and I couldn’t be more excited to have these amazing opportunities as a group, and as individuals. We are already planning another world tour as the Jonas Brothers next summer, and it is all thanks to our amazing fans.” Nick’s band is called Nick Jonas & The Administration and their debut set is due out in early 2010.
The Envelope – Kevin Jonas has picked his best man. Make that men. His brothers Joe and Nick Jonas will do double duty at his upcoming wedding to Danielle Deleasa. On August 24th, Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers will talk about living with diabetes at a National Press Club luncheon in Washington DC. Nick was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 13. He tests his blood sugar more than 10 times a day and also made a personal commitment to raise awareness about juvenile diabetes. In June, Nick testified before Congress to ask for support for diabetes research funding. He also wrote the song “A Little Bit Longer” to inspire people with diabetes to live their lives to the fullest.
Celebitchy – In an interview with Larry King, Joe Jonas confirmed that his brother, Nick, is dating Miley Cyrus again. Here’s how it went down: Larry asked how the boys’ love life was going, and Joe replied (for the first of many times in the interview) “we date, and we’ve always said we do.” But when Larry King asked if Joe’s girlfriend (Camilla Belle) was as famous as Nick’s, Joe replied offhandedly, “I don’t think anyone is as famous as Miley Cyrus.” [Wait!Theres Tons More…]
