UsMag – Michael Lohan tells UsMagazine.com someone hacked into his Twitter account Tuesday morning and posted that his estranged daughter Lindsay, 23, is “HIV positive.” “Somebody was impersonating me,” he tells Us. “I’m disgusted. I would never ever say something like that about my daughter.”
The feud between Michael and Lindsay heated up last Thursday when he staged an intervention, barging into her L.A. home with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. He claims Lindsay is abusing drugs again (she denies it) and is a bad influence on 16-year-old sister Ali. (After inspecting the house and interviewing both girls, officers determined Ali was not in any danger.) Lindsay’s mom Dina told Us Monday that Lindsay and Ali may seek a restraining order against Michael. Michael’s lawyer fired back, telling Us his client is simply is trying to “save and protect” his daughters and may pursue “legal action” to try and get Lindsay’s life under control.
We’ve got video of Michael Lohan visiting Lindsay’s apartment with two L.A. County Sheriff’s officers this morning. The photographers ask him if he’s going to save Lindsay, if she’s got problems, etc. At one point he mentions that things have been serious “for a while now.”
Michael is shown talking to people at the front desk for a few moments, then he goes to Lindsay’s apartment. Shortly after that he exits the building. A photographer asks him if Lindsay listened to him and Michael retorts, “Does she ever listen?” He didn’t say it angrily or surprised – just disappointed. But it sounds like he expected it. So why’d he bother?
Michael Lohan’s ex wife, Dina, finds the engagement funny– and says “It’s certainly a marriage made in tabloid heaven.”
She also questioned where he is finding the money for engagement rings and weddings because he is nine months behind on child support. She adds “I wish him the best but pay for the kids you already have.”
Lindsay Lohan’s dad suffered from a heart attack, according to TMZ. He was rushed to a hospital for chest pains and the results from an EKG showed the celebrity dad had a heart attack. He’s recovering at the St. Francis Hospital in Manhasset.

Another day, another drama for Michael Lohan and Erin Muller! Hollyscoop has just learned EXCLUSIVELY that Erin has been arrested for violating a protective order Michael had placed against her.
He contacted us to explain how he’s finally going to get a little justice when it comes to Erin. As you may recall, Michael was arrested in January and charged with criminal contempt for contacting Erin. But back then, he told Hollyscoop she was actually the one who called him.
Now Michael claims he has even more information on Erin that paints her as the criminal, not him. Just this morning, TMZ reported that Erin claimed to have found a tracking device uneder her car, and says she knows Michael put it there. “She’s coming up with these lies because there’s a warrant for her arrest right now,” he told us. “And she knows that there’s an investigation being done on her—federal, state, civil, and criminal—for hacking my computers, my cell, my emails, my everything.”
Michael Lohan’s lawyer is on the attack, claiming ex – Erin Muller made the whole thing up — after Mike “terminated” their engagement.As TMZ first reported, Erin made the allegations in legal documents she filed yesterday in NY, in which she asked the judge to drop Michael’s harassment lawsuit against her. In the docs, Erin claimed Mike once kicked her in the vagina.But Team Lohan is refusing to back down, claiming Erin’s story is a “desperate attempt to dismiss the allegations against her.”

Radar – Jon Gosselin’s former best buddy Michael Lohan gave what could be a highly damaging deposition Wednesday morning in TLC’s lawsuit against the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star, RadarOnlne.com is reporting exclusively.
The two-and-a-half hour deposition took place in New York City.
In an exclusive interview with Lohan after the deposition, he told RadarOnline.com, “They asked questions regarding my involvement on a business level with Jon Gosselin; deals that were negotiated; transactions that did occur and basically my deal with Michael Heller.
Lohan told us he described to the attorneys deals he made for Jon with a magazine as well as “Las Vegas personal appearances. There were some at Ghost Bar, Prive, and the MGM Grand Hotel.
“I think the attorneys from Williams & Connolly were very thorough,” Lohan said of the TLC legal team. “I think they did a great job. They asked the appropriate questions and they got the answers they wanted. I think they have a very, very strong case, one that I definitely don’t think they’ll lose. So good luck to Jon.”
TLC is suing Gosselin for breach of contract. Gosselin and Lohan had once planned to do a reality TV show called The Divorced Dads Club. That project and others Lohan was negotiating would have been a violation of Gosselin’s exclusivity provision in his contract with TLC, the cable net has asserted.
Lohan also told RadarOnline.com that Jon had better beware of what his ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman may say when she is deposed in the case. Hailey’s attorney, he said, “has a pretty powerful file, I understand.”
Williams & Connolly is one of the best law firms in the country and is pursuing the case against Jon with its typical aggression. Paul Gaffney, a partner in the firm, is the lead attorney.
Starpulse -Lindsay Lohan’s father has given up trying to force his daughter into rehab by releasing taped frantic phone calls with her to the media, after his ex-wife Dina called his actions “unforgivable”.
Michael Lohan maintains he went public with the phone tapes after repeated attempts to convince his daughter she needed counseling for an alleged addiction to prescription drugs, but his media campaign drew harsh criticism from family members, Lohan’s lawyer and the actress herself.
And now Michael Lohan has promised there will be no more tapes released.
He tells Life & Style magazine, “I will not release another audiotape about Lindsay. I did it because I wanted Lindsay to know how I felt when I heard that tape. When I get a phone call at two, three, four or five in the morning from my daughter and she’s in dire straits, I get very concerned.”
The damning tapes, which Lohan played for a series of media agencies, included one on which Lindsay sobbed, “No one cares about me.”
On another, Dina, Lindsay’s mom, talked about Lindsay “cutting herself and hurting herself” and revealing the extent of the actress’ romance with Heath Ledger, who died of a drug overdose in 2008.
Dina Lohan took aim at her ex for releasing the tapes, saying, “The tapes were from a long time ago. For a father to stoop this low is unforgivable.”
