There are reports that John and Elizabeth Edwards are considering getting a divorce. As you know, John Edward’s fathered a love child during his marriage and is expect to soon admit to the affair. Sources are saying his relationship with wife Elizabeth are deteriorating and that it’s hurt their marriage to the point where divorce is becoming a consideration.

Famecrawler – Well, now that the cat is reportedly out of the bag — i.e. a DNA test has proved John Edwards is officially the father of Rielle’s baby — the former lovers are moving closer to share parental responsibilities. Unsurprisingly, Elizabeth Edwards is livid.

“John is definitely behind Rielle’s move to Wilmington,” declared an insider. “There’s absolutely no way that he didn’t approve or arrange her moving closer to him – it’s all part of his new plan to do the right thing. “John’s admitted to his family and close friends that he’s the father of Frances. He says he wants to be a part of her life and help raise his daughter.”

Huffington Post – On Friday night John Edwards appeared on ABC Nightline to discuss his affair with Rielle Hunter. The segment, which lasted a full 30 minutes, aired at 11:30pm ET, well outside of prime time.
