. A judge presiding over Michael Jackson’s estate case has made a decision regarding Michael’s father, Joe Jackson. Jackson had been objecting to the will and its executors, but the judge has ruled he has no legal standing. This means Jackson is now out of the picture and that Michael’s lawyers, John Branca and John McClain, can now officially be appointed as his estate’s co-executors.

Michael Jackson’s father is making accusations of fraud against the administrators of the singer’s will as he intensifies his campaign to get money from his son’s estate.
Joseph Jackson’s attorney, Brian Oxman, filed a blizzard of documents in court late Monday claiming that the singer believed his old friends John Branca and John McClain had defrauded him.
Attorney Howard Weitzman, who represents the executors, said the father’s claims were too outrageous to be worthy of comment. A hearing on the matter is scheduled Tuesday morning.
Joseph Jackson was omitted from his son’s will.

AP – Michael Jackson’s father is seeking an allowance from his son’s estate to help cover expenses that exceed $15,000 a month, according to court documents filed Friday. The request seeking an unspecified amount for Joe Jackson was filed by lawyer Brian Oxman, who said there was no apparent reason for the administrators of the estate to not seek an allowance for the Jackson family patriarch. It’s the oddest pairing since Liza Minnelli and David Gest got married in 2002: Michael Jackson’s father Joe and soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo are now teaming up to sell grills.Joe Jackson tells TMZ he’s got a stake in a company called GAME ON PRODUCTS and is preparing to peddle soccer ball grills during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
Joe says he’s flying out to meet Ronaldo at the beginning of December, when the odd couple will shoot TV, magazine and Internet advertisements for the “Goalie Grill.”
So, in conclusion: If you’ve been looking for a BBQ shaped like a soccer ball and endorsed by a world famous athlete and the father of Michael Jackson … this is the one for you! -TMZ

The Insider – Joe Jackson was on Larry King Live last night, he admits he thinks there was foul play when it comes to his son’s death and the family hasn’t gotten the autopsy reports back yet. This interview was very interesting, a lot of weird theories thrown out there on the events leading up to Michael’s death.

Michael Jackson’s father says funeral plans will not be announced until results are back from a second private autopsy. But he says at least some events will be public. It’s possible a funeral or memorial service
could happen as early as later this week. Many fans are hoping for a global
memorial or vigil to the King of Pop.
