Starpules – Actress Jennie Garth won’t be letting her young children watch her new Beverly Hills, 90210 spin-off – because the new show is far racier than the original. When Garth first played rich kid Kelly Taylor on 90210, the show was family viewing, but she fears the new-look series is far too raunchy for pre-teens. She says, “My kids are by no means ready to watch this 90210.” And co-star Lori Loughlin admits she’s often left red faced by her racy scenes with onscreen husband Rob Estes. She explains, “I blush all day long.”

Meanwhile, Estes adds, “(We’re not) a mom and dad who are home eating bon bons. It’s a couple who’s  &**$*-ING We’ll clear the kitchen so fast (to have sex), you don’t know what to do with yourself.”

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail put together a great update on the current status of the original 90210 characters. If you ever wanted to know what happened to people like Gabrielle Carteris (AKA Andrea) Well, here are the answers.

 But before you read this – we all know what Tori Spelling has been up to. She’s always featured in Us, People, Star etc.  Does  ANYONE know why out of all the cast members of 90210, the celebrity weeklies CHOSE to continue covering TORI SPELLING after 90210? She is a staple of the celebrity weeklies, and I have no idea why. I like her. But…Why her…The only explanation I can thnk of is that she is Aaron Spelling son and maybe more media savvy and good at staying in the public eye. But this has always puzzled me.

WHERE ARE THEY NOW:

1. LUKE PERRY (DYLAN McKAY) Perry has done considerable voice-over work for various animated series, often playing himself. He played himself (and Krusty the Clown’s half brother) in an episode of The Simpsons (1993). He also voiced himself in an episode of Johnny Bravo, giving Johnny dating advice after Johnny saved him from a stampede of fan girls. Perry voiced himself once again in an episode of Family Guy, where he was labelled as gay by Peter and sues the family. He has also guest-starred sitcoms Spin City (1997) and Will and Grace (2005). Perry was reunited with former 90210 co-star Jennie Garth when he guest starred in What I Like About You.

2. JENNIE GARTH (KELLY TAYLOR) Garth starred in the sitcom What I Like About You as Amanda Bynes’ sister Valerie Tyler. She starred on the show for all four seasons. Garth also appeared on Dancing with the Stars, coming in fourth.
