Life and Style – Halle Berry suffered through the disappointment of more than 30 negative pregnancy tests before finally learning she was expecting her first child, Nahla, in 2007. Luckily, she’s had more success with her follow-up attempts to have a baby: Life & Style can exclusively reveal that the actress, who turned 43 on Aug. 14, is three months pregnant with her second child.”Halle is overjoyed,” says an insider close to Halle and the baby’s father, model Gabriel Aubry. “The first time, she struggled so much to get pregnant and eventually conceived through in vitro fertilization. This time, the baby was conceived through artificial insemination.”"She’s just ecstatic to be pregnant again,” the insider tells Life & Style. “She wasn’t sure if she’d have another baby, so she’s very happy!” A rep for Halle didn’t respond to a request for comment.

The couple welcomed their second son on Saturday, said Watt’s publicist, Robin Baum. Samuel Kai Schreiber weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces. “Both mom and baby are doing great,” Baum said Monday. The Australian actress, 40, and her 41-year-old actor-boyfriend are also parents to Alexander Pete Schreiber, born in July 2007. They have been dating three years and co-starred in the 2006 drama “The Painted Veil.” Schreiber can next be seen in “Defiance,” set for release later this month. Watts’ credits include “Eastern Promises” and “King Kong.”

NY Daily News -While most celebrity parents hope their tots steer clear of a career in Hollywood, Tom Cruise says he’d be thrilled to have little Suri take up acting. “I’d love it. I’d love it,” he told Us Weekly. “Acting is … a great life to get to entertain people and create characters and stories.” The littlest Cruise is already getting a jump start on those monologues, with a “great” vocabulary, her dad says, but she isn’t the only of his kids who is thriving …
“[My children] have the life that I wanted,” Cruise said. “I always wanted to travel the world, to be developed by different cultures, learn about their history. So that’s how I raised my kids – that they have full exposure to the world and all different kinds of ideas and philosophies so that they can make choices for themselves.” He was quick to add that a life in front of the camera isn’t necessarily a requirement: “I support them in whatever choices they want to make.”
“But I do have a thing,” the “Valkyrie” actor said. “If you’re going to do it, really do it. Don’t be casual about it.”
