Longtime boyfriend of Ryan O’Neill is fuming about the Oscar’s telecast. During the “In Memorium” portion of the broadcast, late girlfriend Farrah Fawcett was left out. According to TMZ, he plans to write a letter to the Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences expressing his disappointment. Ryan says he was shocked. 88 percent of TMZ voters thought the omission was inappropriate. Fawcett died on June 25th at the age of 62.
Farrah Fawcett’s lawyers are suing the man behind a recent documentary starring the late Charlie’s Angels star.
According to Starpulse, In a suit filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday, representatives of the estate allege filmmaker Craig Nevius embezzled thousands of dollars and “sensationalized” the Charlie’s Angels star’s story in the footage he produced, according to the papers obtained by TMZ.com.
Redmond O’Neal is back in jail after an arrest on drug charges. Authorities took him into custody after they found him displaying odd behavior.
He later tested postive for drugs and confessed to using drugs. He’s been ordered to stay in a Detention center for at least 30 days to focus on relapse prevention. He could get up to six years in prison.
O’Neill had been sober for six months in a lifelong battle with drugs.

The socialite agreed to let celebrated medium James Van Praagh try to contact the late Charlie’s Angels star on her behalf for upcoming TV special Psychic Hollywood: The Search For Truth, which will air in the U.S. next week (09Dec09) – and she didn’t have to wait long for her dead friend to make an appearance.
Van Praagh revealed Fawcett was desperate to speak to her pal, stating, “Two days before this meeting that I had with Alana, I felt the very strong sense of someone pushing at me (sic).”
Upon sitting down and making sure Stewart was comfortable, Van Praagh told her, “She (Fawcett) wants to thank you… and she’s bringing these beautiful flowers.”
Stewart, who helped Fawcett document her battle with anal cancer on home video, wiped away a tear and said, “Oh my gosh!”
The celebrity medium added, “Farrah is right behind me and she’s really, really strong, and standing there, like, ‘Come on, let’s go!’”
Stewart smiled and said, “That is so her.”
The socialite sobbed when Van Praagh revealed Fawcett had told him, “Thanks for wearing my bracelet.”
The former wife of Rod Stewart said, “She said that? She gave this to me for my birthday two years ago… Oh my God.”
Stewart agreed to take part in the show as long as her private psychic reading itself wasn’t on camera.

The will was updated for the final time on August 9th, 2007. Farrah died from anal cancer on June 25, 2009 at age 62.In the will Farrah made clear that she wanted to die at home.In paragraph 5.2 a the will states: “”Settlor (Farrah) declares that she wishes to remain at home for as long as possible during any period of illness or incapacity and to die at home.”The former Charlie’s Angel star passed away at St. John’s hospital in Santa Monica, California.
In addition to leaving the bulk of her fortune to son Redmond, the official documents reveal Farrah left $500,000 to her nephew Greg Walls, $500,000 to her father James and $100,000 to ex-lover Greg Lott.
Ryan O’Neal, Craig Nevius and Alana Hamilton Stewart all were not named in the will. Alana filmed much of Farrah’s final documentary and wants to release a part two. Ryan claimed he asked Farrah to marry him in her final days and made several tearful TV appearances.Nevius claimed that O’Neal and Hamilton pushed him out of Farrah’s cancer documentary in her final days.
Lott spent the past few months claiming to various media outlets that he was Farrah’s secret boyfriend. He told a British newspaper he last spoke to her April 9 and says that Ryan banned him from seeing her.

Griffin O’Neal, Ryan’s son with Joanna Moore, drove 300 miles to LA to attend Fawcett’s service, but Ryan had him barred. Ryan was once dubbed “Hollywood’s Worst Father” by Britain’s Daily Mail because all of his children — Griffin, Tatum (who also was not al lowed to attend) and Redmond (his son with Fawcett who was allowed out of prison to at tend) — have had drug problems. Ryan told “In side Edition” Griffin was banned “because he’s a bad guy.” Griffin told the show, “I just wanted to say goodbye to someone that I knew and loved for 33 years.”
