Starpulse -Eddie Cibrian is preparing to sue a magazine over claims he is cheating on new girlfriend LeAnn Rimes with a former lover.
Aspiring actress Scheana Marie Jancan recently told Life & Style magazine that the TV star is a serial cheat who will sleep with women behind Rimes’ back, as he did to his ex-wife Brandi Glanville.
Jancan warned Rimes, who quit her own marriage to date Cibrian, that the hunk will dump her after he has had his fun. And the same publication, Life & Style, went on to claim Jancan was once again in Cibrian’s bed – behind Rimes’ back.
However, the actor is fuming over the allegations and is getting a case ready to file a libel lawsuit against editors of the glossy mag.
A statement from the star’s rep says, “Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others. This is irresponsible and reckless journalism. Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly.”
“It’s a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding.”

Newly-single Country singer LeAnn Rimes is looking for new digs, in Los Angeles. She filed for divorce from husband Dean Sheremet last week. Rimes went house hunting Saturday without actor Eddie Cibrian, her lover-turned-boyfriend. The 27-year-old LeAnn first looked at a two-story contemporary home in a grove of trees in the hills of Beverly Hills. Rimes reportedly went on to view a sprawling ranch within a gated community in suburban Calabasas.
As LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian began going public with their relationship in August, her ex Dean Sheremet quietly reached out to Cibrian’s ex Brandi Glanville. Sources say the two have been supporting each other since they found out their two former spouses were dating and have developed a good friendship.
LeAnn and Eddie first met last fall while visiting their spouses on the Calgary, Alberta, set of the Lifetime romance “Northern Light.”

AP – Grammy-winning country music star LeAnn Rimes was involved in a traffic collision in West Los Angeles, authorities said Friday. No injuries were reported. The 26-year-old singer was questioned by officers as part of an investigation into the Thursday evening incident, police Officer Norma Eisenman said. No one was injured and Rimes was not arrested, she said. No further details were provided. The investigation was continuing. Susan Novak, a spokeswoman for Rimes, said a police report had been filed and she was confident Rimes will be cleared. Rimes, a Mississippi native, snagged two Grammy trophies in 1996.
