Dina Lohan is reportedly trying to throw her ex, Michael, in jail over the release of private phone calls — which she claims were made while a protection order was in place forbidding him to talk to her. Dina says the protection was obtained in Nassau County, New York, back in 2005, which banned Michael from communicating with her by email or phone until 2011. But Michael says that he was within his legal rights when those calls were made. He said, “It’s bulls***. I called the house to talk to the kids and she would get on the phone and tell me all this stuff. I couldn’t control that. I have all the tapes to prove it.” Lohan says during these incidents, Dina would sometimes pick up the phone clearly intoxicated and vent to him about her boyfriend and other problems in her life.

In another glimpse into the twisted life of Lindsay Lohan, her parents Michael and Dina argued over how bad the situation with their daughter was, and Dina admitted that Lindsay had been cutting herself. The shocking bombshell is revealed in the recorded audio tape exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com of a phone conversation between Dina and Michael, where the two blame each other for Lindsay’s dire situation.
Michael is talking with Dina, telling her that he represents the bad things in her life and Dina interrupts him, saying “Her cutting herself and hurting herself? Yeah, it’s bad Michael, it’s bad.” Lindsay has been photographed over the years and recently with scars on her wrists, a sign of the cutting, which is a desperate cry for help from the troubled starlet.

Lindsay Lohan has apparently passed on an offer by OK! magazine to say she’s gay. Insiders told Page Six that Lohan and OK! are in talks to do a cover where Lohan “comes out” about her relationship with gal pal Samantha Ronson, and the mag has offered her “around $1 million to do the cover.”
