The party will include an Easter egg hunt and evening party for adults, according to The Bosh.
Sienna’s boyfriend Jude Law is invited – but despite urging by friends, Kate insists Jude come without Sienna.

NY Post – THERE was a big guessing game before model Samantha Burke was identified on Friday as Jude Law’s baby mama, who’s six months pregnant with Law’s fourth child. The British star — who’s dated Sienna Miller, Lindsay Lohan and Lily Cole — was a busy boy in the past year. Law was known for getting frisky with dancers at Chrystie Street nightclub The Box, in which Law is an investor. One of the women, who is now a Las Vegas dancer, even spent three days with Law at the Gramercy Park Hotel in October, and a friend of hers told Page Six, “She was definitely dating Jude for a while.” A source said, “Jude sleeps with so many different women. A lot of names were going around as to who the mother of his baby could be.” A rep for Law did not return multiple calls and e-mails seeking comment.

Celebitchy – Sienna Miller and married dad Balthazar Getty don’t like like they’ve split up as has been rumored. The two were photographed in a prolonged embrace in the parking lot of LAX airport yesterday. These two seem to have a hot and cold relationship. They were first linked last summer when multiple photos came out of a topless Sienna on vacation with Balthazar in Italy. Sienna then called herself single in November and then was spotted out making out with Josh Hartnett, but is said to have spent Thanksgiving with Getty, suggesting they reunited shortly afterwards.
It looks like we now know why Sienna was complaining recently about “experiencing the judgment of women in the past year” – she’s still with the separated oil heir, who has four children with his wife, the youngest of whom is just 16 months.

It’s nice not to have a relationship that the press constantly want to scrutinize and discuss. I’m cool with being on my own.” But she was definitely hot with Getty, perhaps generating too much heat when a topless Miller was photographed smooching her guy on a boat in Italy while the actor was still married. Getty, a star of TV’s Brothers and Sisters, separated from his wife a couple of months later. And the publicity glare hasn’t done much for Miller either, with her London home vandalized in August with the word, “Slut.”

Reuters – British actress Sienna Miller’s life has been made intolerable because of a “campaign of harassment” by photographers, her lawyer told London’s High Court on Thursday. Miller, 26, star of movies such as “Alfie” and “Layer Cake,” is taking legal action against photographic agency Big Pictures (UK) Limited and its founder, Darryn Lyons, claiming they are guilty of harassment and invasion of privacy. At a preliminary hearing, her lawyer David Sherborne said the actress had been caused “substantial alarm, fear and enormous distress” by their conduct, the Press Association reported. The agency and Lyons are contesting the claims.
Miller’s private life and particularly her romantic liaisons have been a staple fodder for the tabloid press, with barely a day going by without her picture appearing in newspaper show business gossip columns. Sherborne said the actress had endured “a campaign of harassment” since the end of June which had continued “despite requests to desist.” He told the court the “relentless pursuit” had reached such a level that it violated her human rights. The court heard Miller, who did not attend the hearing, was chased while driving and there were “other forms of physical and verbal intimidation or abuse in their attempts to obtain photographs of her for commercial exploitation.”
Other incidents included being confronted outside her house in the Maida Vale area of London in June, being chased to Heathrow airport on a number of occasions and pursued as she attempted to walk her dogs in the park with her mother. She also claims harassment continued when she was abroad. Judge Justice Eady said a trial should be heard on the first available date after January 12. It is not the first time that Miller has publicly voiced her anger at media intrusion. In February, she told a court how paparazzi photographers had chased her car across London after a night out as she tried to stop them finding out her new address. She said the photographers had driven like “lunatics” during the “frenzied” chase. The actress was giving evidence in defense of her ex-boyfriend’s brother Otis Ferry, who was cleared of criminal damage by forcibly removing the keys from two photographers’ cars.
