PEOPLE – Jesse James and Kat Von D’s cozy night out in Las Vegas wasn’t the start of a new romance, her rep tells PEOPLE.
“They did have dinner, but they are just friends,” says the rep, adding that the LA Ink star, 28, and James, 41, first met “a while ago” since both of their shows are on TLC.
“They’ve always remained good friends,” says her rep. “There is no romance there with Jesse.”
The tattooed twosome were spotted dining at Palm Casino Resort’s N9NE and holding hands Saturday night but the outing, according to the rep, was “just good friends catching up. She’s been seen holding hands with friends before.”
On Sunday, the two visited Bodies … The Exhibition at the Luxor Hotel and Casino, where they continued to hold hands and acted “very affectionate,” a source says. The two discreetly toured the exhibit together, but James continued into another gallery, avoiding the cameras as a staff member asked the LA Ink star to take a picture.

The motorcycle mogul, whose divorce from Sandra Bullock was finalized in June, was spotted having dinner with fellow tattoo enthusiast and LA Ink star Kat Von D in Las Vegas Saturday night.
Settling into a table at Palms Casino Resort’s N9NE, the duo didn’t bother spreading out in the oversized booth, but got cozy by sitting right next to each other.
The two shared the restaurant’s signature rock shrimp and classic Caesar salad. They also both enjoyed the filet with a side of asparagus, and drank Fiji water with dinner.
E!Online – Almost a week after her divorce from ex Jesse James was publicly finalized, Sandra Bullock was spotted over the holiday weekend with the new man in her life: son Louis.
The Oscar-winner celebrated the 4th of July in Austin, Texas, where she was snapped while furniture shopping at Wildflower Organics on Saturday.
Bullock spent her first Independence Day as a mom looking calm and casual in denim shorts, a white T-shirt and sunglasses as she strolled the streets with the 6-month-old love of her life.

The new parents held hands during their meal of White Truffle Lobster mac ‘n cheese and specialty Absolut vodka cocktails.
Eclipse hottie Nikki Reed celebrated the 4th with her family in Southampton at the AXE Lounge, where the actress tested out her DJ skills at the turntables for a few songs.
Also spotted at the AXE Lounge on Sunday was Kim Kardashian’s ex Reggie Bush dancing and chatting with model Amber Rose. The odd couple spent most of the night together and got close when whispering in each other’s ears over the loud music.
Earlier that same day, California Gurls singer Katy Perry and fiancé Russell Brand shopped around Biba Boutique in Southhampton, NY, just missing Real Housewives of New York City stars Jill Zarin and Kelly Killoren Bensimon, who also stopped by the boutique for some retail therapy.
Sandra Bullock finalized her divorce from Jesse James on Monday. The actress filed for divorce on April 23rd in Travis County Court in Austin, Texas where she is a resident. The reason for the divorce was that their marriage “has become insupportable” after Jesse James cheated on her several times. The couple was married for nearly five years. The divorce documents are sealed.

Perezhilton – Source are reporting that last week, Sandra Bullock was able to sneak away for a special lunch with her former stepdaughter, Sunny James.Though we are fairly certain Sandra can’t stand to look at Jesse James, that hasn’t kept her from continuing being a loving stepmother to his three kids. The girls had a day out at The Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills. Janina James Coan, who was involved with Jesse’s dad since Jesse was 6, tells TMZ she was “appalled” by what Jesse said about Larry James during the “Nightline” interview. Coan — who married Larry when Jesse was in high school but eventually divorced — tells us Jesse had a variety of injuries — including broken bones — as a kid, because he was into motocross. But she scoffs at the notion that Jesse was abused. Coan says, “Larry was the most caring father, the kindest father who would do anything for anybody. He loved Jesse to death and would brag about him all the time.” Coan does say, however, that Jesse and his dad don’t get along. The tension started, she claims, when Jesse was 16. She claims Jesse’s dad found out his son and a friend allegedly robbed a Fotomat and called the cops on him. Coan says Jesse ended up in juvenile hall and was very upset that his dad turned him in.
