Don’t mess with Nicky Hilton! After being pushed to the ground by a homeless person at a West Hollywood IHOP at 5 a.m. Saturday morning, the heiress made a citizen’s arrest, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore confirms to Usmagazine.com. “One of our deputies was at the IHOP, having a coffee break, and noticed a waitress run outside because there was a commotion,” Whitmore tells Us.

Another deputy was then called “because there was a misdemeanor battery that involved Nicky Hilton and a man named Michael Broadhurst,” adds the spokesman.The 50-year-old homeless person “came up behind Ms. Hilton and pushed her. She’s OK, but she was desirous of prosecution. She said, ‘I am placing you under citizen’s arrest!’” Whitmore says it was a dual effort by both Hilton and the two deputies to arrest Broadhurst, who will appear in court April 21. TMZ.com first broke the story.

Page Six - Paris and Nicky Hilton may not have much of a career, but they still got close to $750,000 each to show up to Australia for New Year’s. A well-placed Aussie spy said they were paid by Bongo jeans and the two toured Melbourne before flying off to Sydney with close, greasy pal Brandon Davis and Nicky’s boyfriend, David Katzenberg. In Sydney, the Hiltons’ local pal Mehmet Gulasi was pulled over early New Year’s Day with cocaine in his car. A local paper reported Gulasi told cops he was “on an important errand” and on his way to pick up the Hiltons and their posse.
Amazing, they’ve nearly made back all the money Paris lost in stolen jewelry last week. Together, the two pulled in about 1.5 million… to party.

I honestly feel bad for her because she’s completely unconfortable with this and you can tell she has NO desire to be famous, does not want any attention, but she just happens to be Nicky Hilton. Anyway, as she nears the press she is on the phone. I think she is faking it, like Paris does when she’s getting overwhelmed.
Correct me if Im wrong her and Id love to see her enjoying the spotlight. Otherwise she looks miserable.
