Starpulse – Britney Spears’ younger sister Jamie Lynn has called off her engagement to boyfriend Casey Aldridge after deciding she is too young to marry. The 18-year-old actress accepted Aldridge’s proposal early last year when she was pregnant with their daughter, Maddie Briann. However, according to In Touch Weekly magazine, the Zoey 101 star has changed her mind about marrying her teenage sweetheart and is happy just being boyfriend and girlfriend. The younger Spears has even returned her diamond engagement ring to Aldridge.
A close pal tells the publication, “Casey proposed when Jamie turned 17. He gave her a gold band with numerous diamonds and one larger stone, but now she has given it back to him.”"Jamie wasn’t ready to get married. It’s been more than enough for her to adjust to new motherhood for now.”

Casey Aldridge has been released from a Mississippi hospital where he has been since being thrown from his truck last Sunday. Aldridge suffered a skull fracture around the hairline, but has been able to make a full recovery, according to People. Aldridge, baby daddy to Jaime Lynn Spears, is now resting at home.
Thankfully these two incredibly young kids can now refocus on raising their child.

The 20-year-old was rushed to the emergency room after the incident in the early hours of Sunday.Police have charged him with careless operation of a vehicle, according to People.com.A family friend tells the website that Aldridge suffered a cracked skull and has been “in and out” of consciousness, but adds: “It’s not as serious as we thought at first.”Spears rushed to be by her boyfriend’s side at the University of Mississippi Medical Center following news of the crash.
No further information is available as WENN goes to press.The couple shocked the world in 2007 when it was announced Britney’s little sister was pregnant at the age of 16. Last summer she gave birth to a baby daughter, Maddie.

FAMETASTIC – Jamie Lynn Spears has denied reports that she’s already pregnant with her second child. Seventeen year old Jamie Lynn gave birth to daughter Maddie in June but a source close to the family told the National Enquirer that she was already two months pregnant: “Jamie Lynn is about eight weeks pregnant, and she and her mom Lynne are hysterical. Neither of them knows what to do, but for now they’re trying to keep the news from getting out.
“Jamie Lynn believed she couldn’t get pregnant while she was breast-feeding. She’d expected to have her period by early September, but a home pregnancy test came back positive and Jamie Lynn cried her eyes out. “Lynne was livid when she found out. She told Jamie Lynn that she thought she was smarter than that and she couldn’t believed that she hadn’t learned her lesson.” But Zoey 101 star Jamie Lynn has denied the story, saying she and boyfriend Casey Aldridge aren’t going to expand their family any time soon: “You’re way ahead of yourself on that one!
“We are really happy with where we are right now. There is no rush for anything.” The couple though are planning to marry – she told OK magazine: “We both agree that we want Maddie to be a little bit older so that she can be a part of it, so that she won’t just be sitting there the whole time.” And, after completing her GED during her pregnancy, Jamie Lynn also has plans to attend college when Maddie’s a little older: “I want to get my business degree.
“I could take online courses right now, but with Maddie being so young, it’s hard to sit down and focus, I’m going to wait until she’s a little bit older, and she can stay with my mama while I go to classes. I do want to go to college and get a degree.”

Babycenter – Depending on who your sources are, Jamie Lynn Spears may or may not be pregnant with her second child! The hoopla all started this morning over a National Enquirer report that the 17-year-old is 8 weeks along.
The magazine qutoes a ’source’ as saying, “Jamie Lynn is about eight weeks pregnant, and she and her mom Lynne are hysterical. Neither of them knows what to do, but for now they’re trying to keep the news from getting out.” She continues, “Jamie Lynn believed she couldn’t get pregnant while she was breast-feeding.” Which, all of us know isn’t the case…right? Click here if you need some info! Later this afternoon word came via TMZ.com from a source they describe as a, “unimpeachable” saying that Jamie Lynn is not pregnant.
What do you think? The National Enquirer has a sketchy reputation, but also has a history of breaking some big news stories even while the people involved are still issuing denials.
If it is true Jamie Lynn is certainly going to have her hands full. Maddie Briann is only 3-month-old!

People – Jamie Lynn Spears brought two-month-old daughter Maddie to Los Angeles Wednesday for the baby’s first ever play date with Britney’s two sons.
The 17-year-old flew from Louisiana – along with her baby and her mother Lynne (whose memoir comes out next week). The whole family then headed to Britney’s Studio City house, where the singer was enjoying a regular visitation day with her two boys, Preston, who turns 3 on Sunday, and Jayden, who turns 2 on Friday.
Britney’s ex, Kevin Federline, came to pick up his sons himself, and stayed for about an hour to take part in the reunion.

From Babble – Kelli Dawson reveals to In Touch, that she and Casey were an item and were still sleeping together when Jamie Lynn was six months pregnant with Maddie Briann. Dawson claims it was not just a random hookup, she felt the relationship was real and lasting and grew intensely. Oh I just bet it did! Kelli says she met Casey in November of 2006 – yes, that means he was only 17 (hello? Underage!) and she was 26. By then Casey was already dating the Zoey 101 teen but that didn’t stop the “sexual chemistry” between Kelli and Casey.
“We were both really attracted to each other. He totally instigated it and pursued me.”
Dawson continues, “His friends would tell me that he liked me, that he thought I was pretty.” Dawson claims that they only “kissed” a few times while he was underage and says that things “got hot and heavy” later, in the spring of ‘07.
The ‘other woman’ says, “You never knew if they were broken up or not, because it changed from day to day!” Casey even blew off a trip with Jamie Lynn last July to be with Kelli.
Casey’s 12 Month Affair with an Older Woman
She adds, “One morning, he called and asked me to meet him in town. I said, ‘You’re supposed to be on a flight right now,’ and he said, ‘I’m not going.’ He called Jamie Lynn and told her that she would have to go by herself. She was irate. I think she knew he was staying because of me.”
Dawson alleges that she and Casey were being intimate when Jamie Lynn announced she was pregnant. She does admit that she and Casey stopped sleeping together a few months before Maddie Briann was born. Gee, that was nice of her (and Casey)!
Kelli says, “It just didn’t feel right. He had to deal with the baby coming, and it had to stop.”
Dawson says she and an ex-boyfriend got back together last August, saying, “Casey was furious about that.” However, the pair got back together before the end of 2007.
“It happened very casually. He came by the house and I went off with him in his car and had sex. Sometimes, we would go to his house or we would fool around in his truck, just driving around and then parking.”

New momma Jamie Lynn Spears has begun planning her wedding with fiance Casey Aldridge — nuptials that will take place before the year is out, says OK! magazine.
The couple, who recently became parents to an adorable baby girl, Maddie, will exchange “I do’s” in characteristically down-home fashion, likely at Jamie Lynn’s new three-acre property in Libery, Miss., sometime in late fall, says the mag.
“She loves everything about the area where she lives. She’s not going to get married at some luxury resort in the Caribbean or a hotel in Beverly Hills,” a friend of the “Zoey 101″ actress tells OK!. “Her own backyard with just the people who matter most is more Jamie Lynn’s style.”
Ready to walk down the aisle in style, the 17-year-old mom is “already down to her pre-pregnancy weight,” says her friend, adding: “She has the cutest figure!”
OK! says that baby Maddie is likely to be a focal point of the wedding, perhaps even taking in the nuptials from “a basket decorated with flowers and carried into the ceremony by the bride and groom’s mothers.” And speaking of family, sis’ Britney will be Jamie Lynn’s maid of honor, while Casey’s sister Ashlee will serve as one of the bridesmaids.
