The controversy of Demi Moore’s W Cover is turning into a legal mess.
Demi Moore’s attorney may be going after the photographer who claimed her W magazine cover had been Photoshopped but he isn’t changing his story. She’s suing over claims that her legs, and torso were airbrushed, and the gray hairs in her head were dyed black.
A photographer who publicly claimed that Demi Moore’s hotly-debated cover photo for the December 2009 issue of W Magazine was airbrushed has refused to offer a public apology to the star. He went on to say that 26 year old Anja Rubik’s superimposed body was attached to Demi Moore’s for the sake of a better cover image.

Daily Mail – Demi Moore has angrily hit back at claims that a chunk of her hip was airbrushed out of a photograph used on the cover of an American magazine.
The 47-year-old actress, who appears on the front of this month’s W Magazine, has posted what she claims is the original picture on Twitter.
In accompanying posts, she tells people not to believe the reports and insists she doesn’t have any hips anyway.She wrote: ‘Here is the original image people my hips were not touched don’t let these people bull**** you!’
One fan commented that it was only because of the angle Demi was standing at, with her hips swung to one side, that created the illusion her left hip (our right) had been erased.
Demi agreed, replying: ‘Exactly,’ before adding, ‘& I have no hips!Another Twitter user commented that she was looking great, but a ‘little thin’ to which Demi said: ‘Agreed I am in the skinny side lately.’
Eagle-eye commentators pointed out that underneath Demi’s sarong, the thigh continues but appears to be bulging out an inch more than the supposedly photoshopped area.
It has become the subject of hot discussion on the internet.
According to Jezebel.com, W magazine claimed any retouching was done in-house by the staff photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.
And a spokesperson added the photographers ‘did not do anything unusual or out of the ordinary on Demi Moore for the photo on the cover of W.
‘Demi is an extraordinary beautiful woman and we feel our cover reflects that.’
The actress, who is wearing a Balmain metal mesh and leather dress, was labelled a Demi Goddess in the accompanying article.
And, as many internet bloggers and commentators have pointed out, Demi looks so slender on the red carpet that there has been speculation that she had gone under the knife.
So why any designers would even find it necessary to cut out a section of her hip remains a mystery.
