TMZ – David Hasselhoff has fallen off the wagon once again … TMZ has learned — this time making a drunken spectacle out of himself during a trip to Canada this weekend.

We know the Hoff — who’s famously struggled with alcohol in the past — was drunk in British Columbia over the weekend and caused a scene.

Multiple sources tell us it all went down at the Cascade Casino, when The Hoff somehow got himself involved in an altercation with an elderly patron.

We’re told three casino security personnel were called to the scene … and Hoff was eventually escorted away.

But here’s the most shocking part … We’re told Hoff was seen drinking again just 7 hours later.

So far, no comment from Hoff’s camp.

TMZ.com reports that David Hasselhoff could be inking a deal with A&E for his own show. A source says, “We are discussing a possibility of doing a documentary series with David and his kids.”

TMZ – David Hasselhoff says he wasn’t drunk yesterday — he wasn’t even drinking and yesterday’s drama was all a misunderstanding over an ear problem.As we first reported, paramedics went to Hasselhoff’s home yesterday and took him to the hospital — this, after his daughter Hayley called her mom and sounded an alarm. TMZ has learned David Hasselhoff was taken to the hospital Sunday night after his daughter sounded an alarm that he had been drinking to excess.We’ve learned 17-year-old Hayley Hasselhoff — who was at home with David — called her mother Pamela, claiming David was extremely drunk. One of Pamela’s friends called 911, paramedics arrived at the family’s home in Encino and took him to the hospital.We’re told the hospital was supposed to release David Sunday night.No comment yet from Hasselhoff’s reps.

Entertainment Tonight — David Hasselhoff is setting the record straight to ET about reports that he was admitted to the hospital over the weekend for alcohol poisoning. He told us today in Santa Barbara, “Yes, I had a few drinks. Yes I checked into the hospital. But it wasn’t for alcohol poisoning and no there’s no police report about a 3.9 [blood alcohol level], that’s completely
made up. I don’t know where that came from.”
When we caught up with Hasselhoff today, he told us, “I’m fine. I’m doing great. But you know what? The Hoff nearly off’d himself this time!

David Hasselhoff – the former Baywatch hunk — was rushed to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical center  Saturday after his distraught daughter Hayley, 16, found him unconscious on the floor of his home in Encino, California RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.For Hasselhoff, it was yet another case of alcohol poisoning and an emergency rush to the hospital to save his life.This time the rescuer was his ex-wife actress Pamela Bach from whom he’s been bitterly estranged.

Hayley called her mom, who lives 10 minutes away in the Hollywood Hills and she rushed to the rescue and drove him to the hospital where doctors yet again saved his life.This time the vodka-guzzling “America’s Got Talent” judge registered a staggering .39. alcohol level. Drunk driving in California is 08.A source said a frightened Hayley kept “slapping her dad’s face” to keep him alive. “He was barely breathing when they got him at the hospital.“He’s recovering. Pam was his bedside till 4a.m. this morning. This is about the 7th time he’s been taken to a hospital over the last few years with alcohol poisoning. How many visits will it take before he dies?”A source also tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that Hoff has been hospitalized at least 10 times over the last few years – many unreported.

PEOPLE – PAIN Movie Lot is a new PlayStation 3 video game being released Nov. 6 in which players get to smash, bash and trash characters including David Hasselhoff – with the former Baywatch star in on the joke.  “The idea of ‘hurting The Hoff’ or ‘hassling The Hoff’ was just hysterical to me,” Hasselhoff, 56, tells PEOPLE. “I don’t know why, I think it was from growing up watching the Three Stooges and the idea of hurting yourself was funny to me.”  In the irreverently comedic game, a player can take a virtual Hasselhoff – replete with a Knight Rider jump suit emblazoned with “The Hoff” on the back – though a series of collisions and pratfalls and score  oints for how much pain they can make the onetime German pop star endure.
 Hasselhoff also has recorded a cover of the Culture Club classic “Do You Really Want To Hurt Me” that will be available as a download. “When they said they had the rights to the song, that really sold me,” said Hasselhoff.  Just don’t expect to get a chance to beat The Hoff at his own game.  “Not so much of a gamer,” said Hasselhoff, who did the game in part because his kids are such video game addicts. “I like to be in them. The great video games now are making more than major motion pictures.”
