Popcrunch – Jason for Jenny: Seinfeld’s Jason Alexander is following in the footsteps of actresses Queen Latifah, Valerie Bertinelli, Phylicia Rashad, and Kirstie Alley as the next celebrity spokesperson for Jenny Craig.

Jason hopes to drop between 30 and 40 pounds on the popular weight-loss plan, he told PEOPLE this week. The portly actor says he chose Jenny Craig for the “deadly combination of I’m fat and they [the program] work.”

The Insider – Reality star Kristin Cavallari says she has lost weight due to stress. Despite the 22-year-old not working out much recently, the star has still managed to lose weight and claims this is down to high stress levels.

The Hills star said: “I did some lunges and push-ups in my hotel room [before presenting at the MTV VMAs].

The Envelope -Sara Rue has decided she needs to lose 30 lbs and that Jenny Craig is the company to help.

Sara had this to say via the Jenny Craig press release:

Kellen Lutz is currently shooting Twilight: Eclipse in Vancouver…

While most Twilight fans have been drooling over Taylor Lautner’s wolfy new physique, many may have overlooked Kellan Lutz’s equally ripped body. In an interview with Seventeen magazine, Lutz shares a few of his workout secrets.

Lutz, who gets bored easily in the gym, hates running but loves to swim. Even when it’s cold outside, he takes a dip in his backyard with his dog and creates a fun game to make his workouts more interesting. The actor also wears a calorie counter as often as he can. Even though Lutz says he wears it just for fun, he enjoys seeing how many calories he’s worked off by simply walking around on set or at home.

“It’s a motivator, and I encourage everyone to have something in their life to look at so you know that you are doing something,” Lutz says in the video interview.

The 24-year-old goes on to say that you shouldn’t start a workout if it doesn’t motivate you; if you’re not enjoying the routines and it doesn’t make you want to push yourself to your limits, then it won’t really be of any benefit.
