Maybe it’s time for J.Lo’s old guard dog to get himself a pit bull lawyer.Floyd vom Meierhoff, German shepherd of the stars, is at the center of another legal dogfight, with a Manhattan woman set to file suit today against the “West Wing” actress who now owns the feisty pooch. The latest suit, from a personal assistant who says Floyd chomped on her hand and breast last summer, comes weeks after a baby-sitter sued actress NiCole Robinson and husband Craig Snyder over an alleged January attack.
“Floyd should have been killed a long time ago,” said William Cafaro, a lawyer for several women who say they have been victims of the dog. “Clearly, this dog should be put down.”In the new Manhattan suit, personal assistant Mary Bahl, 52, says she suffered costly injuries “in body and mind” when Floyd dug his teeth into her outside the couple’s upper East Side home.

On Thursday’s Ellen Show, she admits to Ellen Degeneres that she’s “messed up” from the fall, explaining that she has a “bruised bone.” Although she doesn’t specify which bone, the singer tells how the mishap went down.
“One of the dancer’s backs was slippery from sweat and lights and everything,” she says of her bare-chested male crew.
“We never bargained for that, because they always had t-shirts on in rehearsal. So they were barebacked, didn’t have shirts on for the performance and when I stepped on their backs my feet got wet. So when I landed it just slipped from under me.”

Gossip Center – In the ongoing drama with her ex-husband Ojani Noa, it is now being reported that Jennifer Lopez is being countersued for $100 million.
After Noa attempted to produce a film featuring home video footage of the songstress – featuring a pantless Lopez on a motorcycle – she sued for $10 million and won a temporary restraining order to bar the film from public consumption.
J. Lo is no stranger to lawsuits. Back in 2006, A federal judge in Manhattan has ordered Jennifer Lopez to sit for a deposition to answer questions about whether she swiped the idea for a South Beach TV show starring Vanessa Williams and Giancarlo Esposito. South Beach premiered in 2006, but was cancelled later that season.

Superstars Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony are to blame for their military-trained guard dog’s attack on a stewardess – and should have sent the German Shepherd to counseling, an animal behavior expert says.
Dr. Karen Overall, a veterinarian with a Ph.D in zoology, found the dog was a menace and that that couple knew it from past bad behavior.
“It is clear to me that Floyd, Mr. Anthony’s personal protection dog, behaved inappropriately, aggressively and in a manner that consistently endangered humans,” wrote Overall in an 8-page report obtained by the Daily News.
Overall was hired by the legal team representing flight attendant Lisa Wilson, who is suing Lopez and Anthony in Brooklyn Federal Court.
Wilson contends Floyd growled and lunged at her on a Gulfstream IV jet in 2006. He headbutted her leg and she fell and seriously injured her back, the suit contends.
Apparently, eating utensils really set Floyd off. Overall singled out Anthony for knowing it and should have gotten the German military-bred pooch retrained.
Wilson was carrying silverware when she was attacked and Overall found that a personal chef for the couple had also been the subject of the dog’s anger when he carried sharp objects.
Overall based her findings on the depositions of everyone on the flight, including Lopez and Anthony, and even Anthony’s daughter Arianna from a previous relationship.
The girl recalled hearing a “really big time” growl from Floyd and thought it was directed at Lopez’ sister Linda.
Wilson also noted that she had been told to be careful around Floyd – more evidence the couple knew he was a danger.
She contends Marc Anthony ordered her not to make eye contact with the dog and to call Floyd by his name if she needed to pass.
“The dog was obviously dangerous and we will prove at trial that it was only a matter of time before he hurt someone,” said Wilson’s lawyer William Cafaro.
Joseph Varvaro, a lawyer for Lopez and Anthony, responded in court papers that he’s hired his own animal behavior expert to evaluate Floyd.
Varvaro did not return a call for comment.
