People – Jenny McCarthy has officially moved on.After she teased on Twitter about dating a “mystery man,” the identity of the actress’s new guy is a mystery no more. His name: Jason Toohey, 35, and he is a Las Vegas resident and former fitness model who has been quietly dating McCarthy for two months.
In fact, things are going so well that the two already live together – temporarily, at least.
“I’ve been living in Vegas for about a month. My house is under construction right now in L.A., so I very well could be here until it’s done,” McCarthy, 37, told PEOPLE at Saturday’s Midsummer Night’s Dream party at Las Vegas’s Palms Casino Resort. “It’s been awesome here.”
While McCarthy didn’t offer any details about Toohey, her rep confirmed to PEOPLE that they were indeed an item.
Still, the two haven’t been exactly shy about their romance, having been spotted on several dates in Las Vegas. They also shared kisses Saturday as McCarthy hosted the Midsummer Night’s Dream bash.
Toohey, who once starred as a pirate in Treasure Island’s Sirens of TI show, is the founder of Eyedews, an under-eye mask treatment. Recently, McCarthy began promoting the product via Twitter and on Las Vegas television.
After her April breakup with longtime boyfriend Jim Carrey, McCarthy says she is focusing on “change and growth.”
“But I feel really good,” she said. “I’m really happy [and] I’m looking forward to the future.”

Time flies!
Next week marks a major milestone for the Gosselin family. As famous single mom Kate Gosselin recently blogged, “ALL EIGHT OF MY CHILDREN will, for the first time ever, ATTEND FULL-TIME SCHOOL this year!!!!”
That’s right: now 6-years-old, Kate and ex-husband Jon’s famous sextuplets Aaden, Joel, Collin, Alexis, Hannah and Leah will become full-time elementary schoolers alongside 9-year-old twin sisters Cary and Mady.”I stand in awe, amazement and slight sadness at the thought of this [insert sad, nostalgic mommy music here please],” Kate, 35, writes of the big back-to-school moment. Looking back on her pregnancy with the six kids, she says, “I can remember …. thinking ahead to the day when I would send eight children off to school Monday through Friday…at the time, the thought of having eight children at home Monday through Friday scared the living bejeebers out of me.”Kate adds that, at the time, she “drew the conclusion that someday my house would, thanks to the school system, sorta somewhat calm down again … Uh yeah, or so I hoped!”
Since the sextuplets’ birth, of course, the Gosselin brood became massive reality stars via their TLC show, Jon and Kate divorced late last year, and Kate had a memorable run on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars.
“Reaching this milestone is a privilege that is never a guarantee — extra especially not in a high-risk sextuplet pregnancy,” Kate writes. “I feel honored (even if a bit sad) to send them marching off to school…Just like Snow White and her 8 (please, just on this occasion?)Dwarfs!”

PEOPLE- Even after nearly four years of marriage, Katie Holmes sees husband Tom Cruise just like the world does – as a mega movie star.Asked by New York magazine if she would ever work with the actor, 48, the actress replies, “Well, we do collaborate on everything at home. But I mean, he’s Tom Cruise! His body of work is incredible.”She adds, “Every movie he’s done has done really well. I look back, and everything’s a classic.”
As someone who works in the same business, Holmes, 31, says being married to one of Hollywood’s leading men has its advantages, and she consults him for acting tips. “I definitely come home and say to him, ‘So, imagine a scene … how would you play it?’ And he’s helpful and sweet and gracious,” she tells the magazine, on whose cover she appears in a classic Jackie Kennedy paparazzi pose. (Holmes plays the former First Lady in an upcoming History Channel mini-series, The Kennedys.) “He’s quite an incredible human being.”
Smiling at the Speculation
Speculation about their marriage may be constant – “It must seem weird, I guess, having so many people watching,” she admits – but Holmes responds by brushing the scrutiny to the side. “You just, you know, smile and nod,” she says.Family, instead, is what the two are focusing on. When they’re both working on set, the couple will “just fly to see each other after we wrapped” and they’ve also decided to homeschool daughter Suri, 4.”She has a teacher who is with her every day,” says mom. “We like the one-on-one education. I’m happy that my daughter is strong-willed and determined. You really have to go with what the child is wanting.”
Which is also why the parents give her free reign when it comes to fashion. Along with providing her dad with advice, Suri played the role of stylist when Holmes went to the Met Gala in 2008.”I had this beautiful red gown and these royal-blue shoes that I wasn’t planning on wearing,” she recalls, “but Suri made me put them on and so I was like, ‘Okay, I trust you.’ “The budding fashionista is also vocal about her own wardrobe.”She says, ‘I want this sleeve cut,’ and it’s like, ‘Okay, we’ll cut it.’ She picks out all of her own clothes and has since she was 1½,” says Holmes.

The star of the upcoming flick, ‘Eat Pray Love,’ also talks to the magazine about family life with her husband, cameraman Danny Moder, and three kids, 3-year-old Henry and 5-year-old twins Phinnaeus and Hazel. PEOPLE has a sneak peek at the revealing interview.

On society’s view of aging:

On her kids:
“You make these people and you love them and you want them around for a thousand years. And you want to be there for them for a thousand years.”
