Controversial couple Sienna Miller and Balthazar Getty have called it quits.The actress spilled the Splitsville news to Usmagazine.com at a London charity event: “I’m single at the moment, and I’m completely happy with that. It’s nice not to have a relationship that the press constantly want to scrutinize and discuss. I’m cool with being on my own.” But she was definitely hot with Getty, perhaps generating too much heat when a topless Miller was photographed smooching her guy on a boat in Italy while the actor was still married. Getty, a star of TV’s Brothers and Sisters, separated from his wife a couple of months later. And the publicity glare hasn’t done much for Miller either, with her London home vandalized in August with the word, “Slut.”

From NY POST – Vandals hit the London home of man-eating actress Sienna Miller, spray-painting the word “SLUT” on a brick wall. The shocking slur may have been a snide reference to her romantic relationship with billionaire actor Balthazar Getty, a married father of four.
The spray-painting hoodlums did their four-letter deed, undeterred by burglar alarms and bright security lights. Miller’s active love life has made her a favorite of the paparazzi. She has in the past been romantically linked to a string of married men, including Jude Law, Sean “Diddy” Combs and Sean Penn.
Her latest boy toy, Getty, stars in “Brothers & Sisters” and is heir to the Getty Oil empire. She was photographed in a steamy kiss with the still-married actor on a yacht last month off the Italian coast – though they have claimed he was already separated from his wife at the time.
Accusations that the 26-year-old actress broke up the 33-year-old Getty’s marriage have been weighing heavily on her. She broke down in tears at Los Angeles Airport over the weekend after a photographer called her a “home-wrecker.” The backlash against Miller has been so fierce, her mom has come forward to defend her. Jo Miller said her daughter shouldn’t be criticized for dating a man who had separated from his wife.

British actress SIENNA MILLER is “devastated” after her alleged lover BALTHAZAR GETTY returned to his wife in a bid to save his marriage.
The Brothers & Sisters star, 33, confirmed he had split from his wife Rosetta after photos emerged of him frolicking with a topless Miller on a yacht off Italy’s Amalfi coast last month (Jul08).
But according to British newspaper The Daily Mail, Getty has returned to his wife and mother of his four kids, leaving Miller heartbroken.
A source tells the publication, “He… was on the phone to Rosetta on and off for two hours, crying and constantly calling and she finally agreed to let him back in the house. “In his mind he has definitely dropped Sienna but he’s in a very confused state at the moment. His biggest fear is losing his kids.” Getty says, “I can’t comment. When I’m ready, I’ll issue a statement. According to a new reoirt this morning in the UK Telegraph, production has shut down. Sienna Miller was to play the role of Maid Marion. Studio Executives say, confessed that “the current version is not yet where the studio and the film-makers want it to be in terms of realising the full value of the story.”
It concluded: “Universal could have moved forward with one of their challenges, but the confluence of the three caused the studio to reconsider and take the time for all conditions to be optimal.”

Now, in the “You Should Bottle that Chutzpah” department, we’ve learned Getty continues to send a flurry of emails to Rosetta, the mother of his 4 children. In the emails Getty writes, “I love you,” “I miss you,” and says he wants to move back into the house. He does not say if he’s cut off his relationship with Sienna.
