Insanity! Brittany Murphy’s husband has been left out of the will!
But he appears to be fine with the idea. Check it out.
From TMZ - Brittany Murphy left her entire estate to her mother, Sharon, TMZ has learned. Sources tell us, years before Brittany was married she wrote a holographic (handwritten) will, leaving everything to her mom. The will was stored in her manager’s safe. Brittany’s husband, Simon Monjack, told TMZ after they got married Brittany had a formal will drafted, along with a trust. Simon tells us all of her assets under the new will and trust go to Sharon. Simon tells us, at his request, the will specifically says, “I am married to Simon Monjack who I have intentionally left out of this will.”
Perez Hilton reports that security measures at Forest Lawn Memorial Park are so high that no one can get access to Britney Murphy’s grave, not even her father. Angelo Bertolotti tried to pay his respects to his daughter but wasn’t allowed on the grounds because he couldn’t verify he was Britney Murphy’s father. When security checked the death certificate, his name wasn’t listed. He’s headed to the LA Coroner’s Office to fix the problem.

“…Christmas was Brittany’s favorite holiday. So the family asks that all those who wish to homor her light a candle and remember the beautiful angel that entertained, enlightened, and made the world a better place.
Sources close to the investigation said Murphy showed signs of severe internal bleeding, according to the Los Angeles Times, another sign of severe stress depending on the source. She may also have ruptured a major blood vessel from an aneurysm, or weakness in the blood vessel wall.
Sadly, Simon Monjack told People, ”My world was destroyed yesterday…”
Simon Monjack said his “world was destroyed” when 32-year-old Murphy, whom he married in 2007, collapsed in the shower on Sunday. “Her mother, Sharon, went into the bathroom because she had been in there a long time,” Monjack said.”Her mum screamed for me and I ran.
