She’s filing a 100 million dollar lawsuit in damages for her pain and suffering from an E-Trade milkaholic ad. In the commercial, a baby boy makes some fast excuses via video chat for not calling his baby girlfriend the previous night. The girl asks, “And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?”

Lindsay Lohan’s attorney believes “They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan?” Lohan is seeking an injunction to stop the ad from airing.
The ad agency says they took the name Lindsay from a member of the creative team.

Instead, she’s chosen the ‘make money for nothing route’ earning money for guest appearances at parties, doing commercials for websites, and launching fashion lines.
Next Moves – She’s taking a step out of the more family oriented roles of her past (Just My Luck, Labor Pains, Herbie) and stepping into a more dark and violent character in Machete, by acclaimed director Robert Rodriguez who has just wrapped up filming on the sequel to The Grindhouse, a collaboration with Quentin Tarantino. The small budget indie got picked up at the Sundance Film Festival by a film distributor, and will give Lindsay an opportunity to prove herself as an actress more than a tabloid magnet. Lindsay apparently isn’t in the film for very long, and is topless during the time she is on screen. Hmm…
Rumored Projects – Sources also report that she may be signing on for a talk show pilot similar to The View and she also recently held a meeting with Ryan Seacrest about appearing as a judge on a show he is producing that’s similar to ‘Dancing with the Stars’.
Career Advice for Lindsay - A star turn in a sequel to “Mean Girls”…that picks up with her character Cady Heron, five years later. We think fans of Lohan will deem this a popular move.
Recent Projects – A BBC documentary shot in india about sex traffiking, and she’s also donated proceeds from her leggings line to the victims in Haiti. She also has a new production company which she started last year (perhaps her first development project could be a Mean Girls sequel)
