Kendra’s Smoothie Solution – Meal Replacement
4 Large strawberries
½ cup skim milk or greek yogurt
1 ripe banana
5 ice cubes
1 tbsp. of Special K
Blend ingredients in a blender, then add cereal and blend for another minute
