People – After missing four court dates, Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, have finally posted bond for felony charges of skipping out on a $10,000 luxury hotel bill, PEOPLE has learned.
The Quaids’ arraignment on charges of burglary, defrauding an innkeeper and conspiracy has been set for Dec. 15.
“They have posted bond,” Santa Barbara Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter tells PEOPLE. If they don’t show up to court, “a bounty hunter will go and get them,” Carter says.
Their bail was set at $20,000 each.
