. A judge presiding over Michael Jackson’s estate case has made a decision regarding Michael’s father, Joe Jackson. Jackson had been objecting to the will and its executors, but the judge has ruled he has no legal standing. This means Jackson is now out of the picture and that Michael’s lawyers, John Branca and John McClain, can now officially be appointed as his estate’s co-executors.
