For A-list celebrities even death, it would seem, is not an obstacle to great wealth as Yves Saint Laurent stormed to the top of a rich list – a year after his death.The fashion designer has beaten Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley to the position of top earning dead celebrity, according to Forbes 2009 rankings.Forbes’ annual list of the Top-Earning Dead Celebrities is a mix of the recently departed such as the king of pop and Jurassic Park creator Michael Crichton as well as stalwarts including Elvis Presley and Albert Einstein.
