"The Trump Card: Playing To Win In Work And Life" Book Launch Celebration

Disgraced Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is getting another shot at reality TV. Although the judge overseeing his federal corruption case has concerns about how Blaogjevich’s new gig could impact his trial, Judge James Zagel says he will not block Blagojevich from an appearance on the NBC reality show “Celebrity Apprentice.” Prosecutors worry Blagojevich may use his TV time to tell his side of the story and possibly taint the jury pool. The ruling is viewed as a victory for the indicted and impeached former governor who has been without an income since Illinois lawmakers removed him from office earlier this year. He tried to book an appearance on another NBC show “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Outta Here,” but Zagel stopped that because Blagojevich would have had to leave the United States. NBC has scheduled “Celebrity Apprentice” to air in March. The former governor’s trial is scheduled to start in June
