Former “Hills” star Jason Wahler is in jail–AGAIN– after being booked on an assault and minor drinking charge. Lauren Conrad’s ex was booked in Seattle on September 25, 2009 at 12: 05 PM before being transferred to Yacima County Jail four days later. A Seattle court official says Wahler “will serve 120 days in jail but could get out after 80 days for good behavior.” Earlier this year Wahler called off his engagement to tennis player and socialite Katja Sadowski.
