An “extremely intoxicated” Andy Dick pulled down the tank top and bra of a teenage girl outside a California restaurant, police say. The 42-year-old comedian faces a slew of charges, including sexual battery and public intoxication. Police found marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax in his pockets, MTV reports.
The former NewsRadio star was released on $5,000 bail and must return to court next month. Dick has a long rap sheet of similar charges, and last year he got kicked off the Jimmy Kimmel show for repeatedly touching the breasts of guest Ivanka Trump. He also reportedly groped patrons at a comedy club last year during a drunken performance.

This man is quite a character. He probably needs help to help him deal with his touchy fingers. I think they need to investigate a little further about the girl. I’m not saying he’s innocent but some of these girls should never than to hang out a man like this. Knowing his wrap sheet.
