From US Weekly – Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt make a great team in the delivery room!
During the birth of their twins, the couple “were talking, they were together,” Jolie’s doctor, Michel Sussmann said Sunday afternoon in a press conference on the steps of the Lenval Hospital on the French Riviera.
“It was an epidural, so [Angelina] was awake and speaking and laughing. They were happy,” said Sussmann who delivered the babies via Cesarian section Saturday night at the Lenval Hospital.
When it came time to cut the babies’ umbilical cords, Pitt was up to the task. “He was my assistant!” Sussmann joked.
“He was perfectly calm, totally determined, very pleased to be at the birth of his children, very moved and very emotional.”
As for when the newborns will leave the hospital, “I don’t know,” the Sussmann said. “She will stay for a few days. You know, in Europe it isn’t like in the United States, where the patients go home after three days. They will stay a bit longer until everything is okay.”
Sussman continued, “the babies are fine. The babies are with the mother and father and they are fine.”

good for her. we all know that it is very painful to give birth. but there are some who do not feel it, just like angelina. maybe because of the excitement that she felt. she was so overwhelmed and maybe she was not able to feel the pain because she knows that she will deliver a healthy twins.
