Former BOND girl DENISE RICHARDS has been dealt another blow just two days
after losing another custody battle with her ex-husband CHARLIE SHEEN – she’s having to sell her home at a loss.
The actress has placed her Hidden Hills, California estate on the market for $140,000 (GBP70,000) less than she paid for it a year ago (07).
The home is offered at $4.25 million (GBP2.1 million).
Richards insists she’s selling up because she wants to live closer to her young daughters’ schools, and that reports she has been forced out by neighbours are untrue.
Those reports suggested people living close to Richards hated the fact that the actress had turned her home into a reality TV location for her series Denise Richards: It’s Complicated.
Other locals complained about the fact Richards owns a vast menagerie of pets and did not have the proper paperwork allowing her to keep so many dogs, cats and pigs.

If you have to move. Find a place where you can add to your pet collection. I feel it will benefit the ratings of your reality show.
