Britney Spears may be back at this years MTV Video Music Awards. The president of MTV says she’s welcome back because everyone deserves a second (third, fourth, fifth, sixth) chance. Remember, she attempted her big comeback at the show last year in Vegas. The show this year is in LA on September 7th.
