Sara Sidle… I mean Jorja Fox is Coming Back to CSI – Hooray!!

Actress Jorja Fox is heading back to top TV drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation just months after quitting the show.

The star, who plays Sara Sidle on the hit series, walked away from the show last autumn – but she is now set to return for the third episode of the upcoming series.

Confirming the news to America’s TV Guide magazine, Fox says, “The kindest thing that the writers did for Sara Sidle was to walk her out (of the show) in one piece.

“I had an amazing, beautiful, honourable, dignified exit.”

And she’s thrilled she’ll be back among her castmates: “I miss the people. When I left in October, it was so decisive – everybody got me a good-bye cake.

“(But) it’s a surprise for me to be back, especially this soon.”

How did Sara Sidel leave CSI?

Q I know Jorja Fox left as her contract was up. But I never got to see what became of Sara. We know she wasn’t killed by the minature killer. I heard she became a huge bi**h to Grissom. I keep having to work whenever the reruns air!!

Answer: She was involved in another case with Hannah the wonderkid (Hannah went on the stand and lied to get her brother off a murder rap a season or two ago). Sara came to the realization that she was tired of dealing with death day in and day out. When she left, she cut her nametag off of her CSI vest, hung it in Ronnie’s locker, and left a note for Grissom (which stated that she always had and always would love him, but she had to leave). As she walked out, she walked up to Grissom, who was talking to Hodges, and planted a big ol’ kiss on him, then got in a cab. The end of the episode showed back and forth between Sara riding in the cab, watching the lights of Vegas overhead, and Grissom reading the letter she left (we heard the contents in a voiceover by Sara).

as soon as sara wasn’t in the series any more i stopt watching! it wasn’t the same with out her! i’m so happy that sara comes back!
