The doctor who operated on Kanye West’s mom just before she died, was arrested early yesterday morning on suspicion of drunken driving. Dr. Jan Adams was driving his Jag XJ8 the wrong way up an offramp on the 605 freeway just outside Benicia, Calif., when police pulled him over.
